velshtein | finish the ceremony

In the middle of episode 3! I'm really kind of stunned/horrified at this turn of events. LIKE I MEAN I DIDN'T REALLY EXPECT EVERYTHING TO END IF SOMEONE ACTUALLY SOLVED THE RIDDLE, BUT HOLY SHIT.

And I LOVE that since this time around, all the servants (and Kinzo) were killed first, the remaining siblings (and their kids) were much less likely to suspect each other of being the murderer and instead just focused on the riddle. Like before there was Natsuhi and Rosa left alive and it makes sense that they'd try and protect the children by suspecting the people who weren't part of their family. Well I just Nanjo is also alive this time around but a nice old doctor is probably less suspicious than your crazy old father's servants.

AND OH GOD EVA. There's literally nothing good about all of this. I'm expecting her to start murdering her siblings soon since I assume she'll want to finish the ceremony (to gain her freedom?). AAAAAH.
