It does seem, to me, from a storytelling standpoint, that Hyoubu's "You're going to die here. Exactly as I did." is pointing more and more to Hyoubu believing (dolphin precognition???) that Andy is going to be killed by the USEI rather than just a "I DIED, NOW I'M GOING TO KILL YOU." :((((
