This was a really large reaction (for Levi) lmao. I don't know if it was because he was a bit out of it or what. There are theories floating around that Levi's criminal past has a connection with the slave traders that murdered Mikasa's family and that he somehow recognizes her or knows of her from that incident, but I don't know how much I can really consider that.


Eeee Levi's action scenes were pretty damned good looking. *_*

I was actually leaning towards Mikasa reminding him of a similar friend, because of how he played the "EREN'S YOUR DEAR CHILDHOOD FRIEND" card to get her to back off from Annie. And how he, weirdly enough, out of almost everyone seems to really be empathetic towards loss/death of friends/comrades. Also lmao his whole "PETRA AND CO WILL KILL YOU IF THEY HAVE TO BUT THEY'LL FEEL BAD ABOUT IT AT LEAST" to Eren. Like he seems (oddly enough considering his public image) almost nurturing at times, in a way that only really comes from having (and probably losing) really good and precious friends/family in his life.

I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF HE DID KNOW/KNOW OF THE SLAVERS THOUGH. But then again MISTER EX-CRIMINAL NO LAST NAME wouldn't really surprise me with anything with all the theories going on about him: related to Eren, related to Mikasa, related to royalty, YOU GET THE IDEA LMAO.
