今日のサイン会で多分いろんな方に聞かれたと思いますが、諫山先生に兵長のお年を聞いてみましたW 「うーん どうしようかな・・・」ちらっと関係者の方をみる先生 （続く）
I think a lot of people probably asked this today at the signing, but I asked Isayama-sensei what Captain Levi’s age was. LOL "Hmm, what should I say…" Isayama glances at the staff. (TBC)

「でもやっぱり曖昧な方がミステリアスですよね」と言い直し「〇さんは何歳がいいですか？」と諫山先生に聞かれました ヤバイ兵長の歳はファンの要望で変わるかもしれませんW
But he corrected himself, saying "But after all leaving it ambiguous is more mysterious, isn’t it?" "X-san, what age do you think is good?" Maybe he’ll change Captain Levi’s age based on the wishes of his fans LOL

私「兵長って年齢公開してませんが、いくつなんですか？」
Me: You haven’t released the Captain’s age, so how old is he?

先生「いくつくらいがいいです？」
Isayama: How old do you think he should be?

私「えっ…３０代がいいです…」
Me: Um…I think he should be in his thirties…

先生「あ、僕もねーそのくらいがいいです。」
Isayama: Ah, I think so too.

私「いつか兵長の年齢とかプロフィールでますかね？」
Me: Will you ever make a profile with things like Captain Levi’s age?

先生「必要になれば（笑）書くかもしれません」
Isayama: If it’s necessary *laughs* I might write it.

LMAO. I am amused at how much people want to know this (ME TOO THOUGH).

兵長だけ苗字がないことがすごく気になっているのですが、何か理由があるのですか～とお聞きしたところ、「そうですね～、リヴァイだけ名前しかないのは、それ自体に意味があると言うか……」と濁しつつではありましたがお答えを頂きました。今後の展開にも関係してくるそうです～
I asked him, “I was extremely curious about the fact that only Captain Levi doesn’t have a last name, so is there some sort of reason behind it?” and he said “Well about that, Levi not having a last name, to say whether that has a meaning in and of itself…” and so I received a muddled and unclear answer. It seems like it might be related to future plot developments~.

Me: Is Jean’s love going to remain unrequited?

先生「来月ジャンはミカサの王子様みたいな感じの展開になりますよ」
Isayama: Next month, there’s a development where Jean will become like Mikasa’s prince!

私「本当ですか！？(歓喜)」
Me: Really!? (Super happy)

先生「でもミカサは眼中にないです」
Isayama: But Mikasa won’t think anything of it

私「あっ安定のジャンですね」
Me: Oh. So usual Jean then.

担当者「エレンが死んだらチャンスくるんじゃない」
Editor: If Eren died, he might have a chance.

私「私、一つ気になる事があるんですけどー…」
Me: Can I ask you about a thing I noticed…

諫「はい！」
Isayama: Yes!

私「兵長が怪我してる時に着ているスーツ？背広？黒いのあるじゃないですかー」
Me: The suit that Captain Levi wears when he’s injured…business suit? It’s black, I think?

諫「(考えてる) …あ、はい！」
Isayama: *thinking*…Ah, yes!

私「あれって兵長の自前なんですか？」
Me: Is that his own suit?

私「それとも怪我してる人は皆あぁいうの着てるんですか？」
Me: Or is that something everyone injured wears?

諫「…あれはー、その辺に置いてあったの着てるんですよ。適当っていうか。」
Isayama: …That jacket is…He put on something that had been left near him. On the spot, you could say.

私「へぇ…！？(え、兵長…？)(適当に着てるのに兵長あんなに決まってるのか…！)」
Me: Huh?! (The Captain…?)(He looks that good in something he grabbed on the spot…!)

諫「普段のに、その辺にあった上着羽織ってるっていうか、他の人の着てるんです。」
Isayama: Usually, the jacket that was left there, it was usually worn by someone else.

私「えっ？！他人の羽織ってるんですか？！？！(心の中でｶﾞﾀｧｯ)」
Me: What?! Someone else’s jacket?!?! (Heart leaps)

諫「(兵長が)休んでいる感じを出したくて。」
Isayama: I wanted to give the sense that he was taking time off.

私「なるほど…！へぇー」
Me: Oh, I see….! Huh…
